The Why? Series was created by Denley & Denley, a mother and son
partnership who share a passion to make a positive difference to society by raising literacy skills for generations to come.
Joanne and Angus Denley have both seen first-hand the impact early literacy skills has had on children throughout their education and into their adult working life.
Joanne is committed to and passionate about education and lifelong learning. She received a lifetime Achievement Award in 2024 for her contribution to vocational education. Angus is a talented musician who works in the music education industry.
He also works on creative music projects as a partner of Mollotone.
